From seven European offices, we serve a wide variety of industries like coatings, inks, adhesives, sealants, plastics, construction, food and personal care.

We work on an industry segment basis with dedicated and experienced technically skilled industry managers who act as problem solvers. Supported by the commercial inside sales teams. We provide market research, sales promotion, logistics, warehousing, sampling and technical support to customers.
As a document controller you are responsible for the input, collection and sharing of data and documentation in SharePoint. You ensure that the document management processes and digital data flows within the organization are up-to-date and streamlined. In this way, our sales department and customers can rest assured that they have the correct and most up-to-date information.
In addition, you support the SHEQ and IT department in updating and maintaining the security documents in ExESS and the master data of our suppliers, customers and products in SAP. You are a point of contact for all branches.
In this challenging and independent position you are part of the SHEQ and IT Team and you report to the Manager SHEQ and IT. At Keyser & Mackay you have the opportunity to learn more about general business processes, project management and application management.
Tasks and responsibilities
• Import, collect and share data and documentation in SharePoint
• Keeping the documents in Sharepoint up to date
• Improving and further setting up Sharepoint and Teams
• Absentee fills for creating MSDSs and new items/suppliers in SAP
• Affinity with IT
• Experience in routine, precise and structured working
• Knowledge of document management and ERP systems such as SharePoint and SAP is an advantage
• Familiar with Office 365
• You are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English in word and writing
• Strong communication skills
