Let’s introduce our new supplier Ennolys, specialist in natural vanillin: For more than 20 years, Ennolys has been a major actor in the field of natural ingredients through biotechnology. Ennolys belongs to the Nutrition and Health Division of Lesaffre.
Ennalin’s natural vanillin obtained by fermentation from ferulic acid (ex bran cereal) has characteristic vanilla notes suitable for use in food and cosmetics applications.
Ennalin is a white crystal powder with an intense and unique organoleptic profile.
Ennallin is producing 4 types of vanillin products:
-Natural Ennallin: min 98% vanilla (vanilla flavour)
-Mix Ennallin: 0,5-1,0% vanillin based on maltodextrin or flour (vanilla flavour)
-Mix Ennallin Butter: 0,5-1,0% vanillin based on maltodextrin or flour (flavour: vanilla, butter, cream)
-Mix Ennallin Cream: 0,5-1,0% vanillin op basis van maltodextrine of bloem (flavour: butter, cream)
All products can be labelled as “natural flavor”.
