Recently, KEYSER & MACKAY acquired all shares of the Spanish specialty chemicals distributor Quimibios SL.
Quimibios, seated in Barcelona, was founded in 1992 and has a strong focus on personal care and pharma. We now also have a laboratory at our disposal, dedicated to personal care. With this acquisition, we double our presence in Spain and Portugal.
Both Quimibios and KEYSER & MACKAY are delighted about the new combination and see many synergies from this acquisition.
