To respond to  the increasing demand for plant based proteins which are natural, neutral in taste and allergen- free we now offer Suntein™, a sunflower protein, which is obtained  by a mechanical process without any solvents or chemicals and is  produced in Europe.  Suntein™ is light in colour, gives a smooth texture with  a pleasant, mild flavour and has emulsifying properties due to which it finds its use in many applications such as baked goods, meat alternatives, plant based nutritional beverages, etc…
