TVIS-NSR – Tablet Visual Inspection System – Viswill

The TVIS-NSR inspection machines from the Viswill company automatically inspects 360° of the product surfaces at the speed of up to 300.000 products/hour. The products are held in reproducible position by a vacuum conveying system and inspected by the cameras. The machine is operated by a user-friendly graphical interface, providing simple operation and training for the inspection of new products. The active sorting system with sorting allows to warranty that any defective product is fail-safe rejected. A remote control of the production status can be done remotely throughout an iPad.
