About the role:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Employee to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you’ll work closely with an Industry Manager to manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while proactively selling Keyser & Mackay’s products and supporting the development of new business opportunities. You will be a key contact for customers, ensuring smooth order handling and building long-term relationships. You will report directly to the Inside Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Industry Manager to manage and expand the customer portfolio
- Proactively sell Keyser & Mackay products to existing and potential customers
- Assist in developing new business opportunities
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle orders and customer inquiries efficiently
- Provide support to the sales team and customers in technical and commercial matters
Requirements:
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to maintain close customer relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English
- Several years of experience in a commercial role, ideally in an international environment
