Keyser & Mackay is a market-oriented distributor of chemical raw materials and industrial equipment, acting as an intermediary between customers and suppliers. We have a strong focus on chemical specialties for formulating industries and represent over 100 suppliers offering a wide range of products.

From our seven European offices, we serve a variety of industries, including coatings, inks, adhesives, sealants, plastics, construction, food, and personal care.

Delivering technical solutions, providing excellent service, and adding value are the main drivers of our sales teams. We operate in dedicated industry segments with experienced and technically skilled industry managers, supported by our commercial inside sales teams. Together, we provide market research, sales promotion, logistics, warehousing, sampling, and technical support.

Job Description

As Inside Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading the inside sales team, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating internal sales activities
• Taking ownership of sales performance and budget targets
• Managing and developing the inside sales team
• Monitoring and expanding the existing customer portfolio
• Proactively promoting and selling Keyser & Mackay products
• Reporting to the Managing Partners and working closely with the Sales Director
• Collaborating with other Inside Sales Managers

Requirements

• Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset
• A commercial and proactive attitude
• Proven management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
• Native German speaker with fluent English
• Several years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in an international environment
