Key Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, warehouse, accounting) and external partners (suppliers, clients). Your role is essential in supporting commercial operations and ensuring service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing client orders in SAP, from creation through to delivery (France, Europe, export) and invoicing
- Maintaining the product database and creating/managing client accounts
- Monitoring receivables in collaboration with accounting
- Overseeing import/export processes, ensuring compliance with Incoterms, quotations, and transport modes
- Preparing regular reporting and contributing to business meetings
- Working in close collaboration with the Sales Manager, providing support in daily activities
Your Profile
- Higher education degree (Bac+2 or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within industrial distribution
- Strong organizational skills, service orientation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a lean organization with fast decision-making processes
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Solid command of SAP and strong IT affinity
